Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2. Replace repeater with a loaner until the Barrow repeater is repaired or a new one is purchased. 3. Can respond within 12 hours to a radio outage; 4. Must come once a week for Radio Maintenance and repair, Video Maintenance and repair; 5. Must be able to work on Video / Camera system; 6. Must be able to work on Synovia tablet system; 7. Must renews and coordinates all FCC licensing when needed; 8. Must have a summer service on systems; 9. Must provide installation of Video, GPS, Two way radio, Public Address systems, and more; 10. Preventive Maintenance checks on equipment at no charge; 11. Must have spare emergency system backup available for repeater for 2-way radios
