Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase 3A Refresh and Modernize OR 5 (Base Scope) Grady intends to design and renovate an existing OR to meet the future needs of the Room and organization. By renovating one OR to the full extent of the master plan we can collaborate with our eaders to best design the future renovations. Additionally there are opportunities to bulk purchase items that are intended to be Owner Purchase Contractor Installed as we develop the new per GMH standard. OR 5 current state is 404 SF. We intend to capture the on-suite toilet room and expand the room size to 452 SF. Currently OR 5 does not have isolation panels for electrical in the space. We believe this is a major limitation to the currently technologies used in OR’s. We plan to have Isolation panels installed and brought into use in the new OR Room. Phase 3A Modernize OR 5 (Add Alternate) Design and build a ceiling, light, and boom replacement. Facilities Development is soliciting “Qualifications” Full Service A/E/C services for design and renovation of our new Burn Center on the third floor of the main hospital building B/E, otherwise known as WEST TOWER.
