Written Submittal to provide Construction Professional Services for the construction of the following project: o A second middle school in south Bryan County located in Richmond Hill, Ga. The new middle school will be built with a starting capacity of 1,500 students with the ability to be expanded to a capacity of 2,000. The school will be built on the site of the old Richmond Hill High School and will require the demolition of approximately half of the existing building. To qualify for consideration, a firm must be prepared to provide the expertise, resources and personnel experience in project planning, cost management, project control, design professional, pre-construction and construction techniques, value-engineering analysis, scheduling, and quality assurance throughout the planning and construction phases of the project.
