This project is Phase 1 of a district-wide security upgrade project that shall ultimately incorporate security surveillance and access control in all High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary Schools, Administrative Office Buildings, Maintenance Facilities, Warehouses, and Bus Depots in the Muscogee County School District.; B. Phase 1 includes the supply and installation of video surveillance equipment in the twenty-one (21) facilities are listed below. Reference the contract drawings and these specifications for specific requirements. A summary of cameras to be installed is provided for each school/facility.; 1. Aaron Cohn Middle School (71 cameras – confirm with Camera Schedule): Exterior Cameras: Ten (10) AXIS P3719-PLE; Four (4) AXIS P3267-LVE; Two (2) AXIS P3265-LVE; Interior Cameras: Four (4) AXIS P3719-PLE; Twenty-Four (24) AXIS P3267-LV; Twenty-Five (25) AXIS P3265-LV; Two (2) M3058 PLVE; 2. Arnold Middle School (76 cameras– confirm with Camera Schedule): Exterior Cameras: Seventeen (17) AXIS P3719-PLE; Fifteen (15) AXIS P3267-LVE; Interior Cameras: Six (6) AXIS P3719-PLE; Thirty-three (33) AXIS P3267-LV; Three (3) AXIS P3265-LV; Two (2) M3058 PLVE; 3. Baker Middle School (82 cameras – confirm with Camera Schedule): Exterior Cameras: Fourteen (14) AXIS P3719-PLE; Nine (9) AXIS P3267-LVE; Interior Cameras: Two (2) AXIS P3719-PLE; Forty-three (43) AXIS P3267-LV; Seven (7) AXIS P3265-LV; Seven (7) M3058 PLVE ; C. This project requires a significant number of AXIS cameras. Cameras are amongst the longest lead time items. Provide an estimated number of days, months, or years that it will require to order and receive all cameras, as well as other equipment and materials for this project. Provide this information with your bid response.; D. Access Control System (ACS) shall be addressed in a future project. However and as part of this project, MCSD desires to purchase a video management system that is capable of unlimited expansion as well as providing a unified video surveillance and access control system solution.; E. All video surveillance equipment shall be connected to the MCSD’s LAN / WAN.; F. All licensing, including the Base 5.10, 1STU site license, directory, failover, Omnicast Enterprise, and connection licenses for all cameras in this project, must be provided in the Base Bid.
