Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing psychological evaluation services to the Police Department. The pre-employment psychological service should include, at a minimum, the administration, scoring and interpretation of a comprehensive battery of psychological tests, including the Culture Faire Intelligence Test, the Clinical Analysis Questionnaire both parts I and II, the Vocational Interest Measure, and the Motivational Analysis Test; Each candidate to be interviewed by a properly certified and licensed by the state of Georgia psychiatrist; A detailed written report to be provided to the Police Department. The report should include a hiring recommendation and the candidate's suitability for law enforcement. Reports must be provided, within seventy-two hours of candidate's interview.
