1. As assigned, the service provider shall identify residential land and improvements to land and inspect the property in a manner sufficient to provide accurate data. Properties assigned will primarily be classified as Residential, but may also include Transitional, Historical, Agricultural, Preferential, Conservation Use, or Environmentally Sensitive. Permits and work requests will be assigned via email with a list of parcels. 2. The service provider shall collect and record sufficient data in Gwinnett County’s Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system to accurately describe property in terms of grade, condition, economic life, and other characteristics relevant to the proper description of property. 3. All collected data will be subject to review by the Gwinnett County Board of Assessors. 4. Based on previous years, it is estimated that there will be between 3,000 to 4,000 annual new construction permit requests for Residential Data Collection assigned to the service provider. The fee is per parcel, per work type, i.e. a parcel is one unit, one data confirmation/validation on one parcel is one unit. C. Data Confirmation & Validation on Existing Construction 1. The service provider shall review and validate existing data recorded in Gwinnett County’s CAMA system to confirm the accuracy of such data in terms of grade, condition, economic life, and other characteristics relevant to the proper description of property. 2.
