The awarded broker will be expected to provide, at minimum, the following services: A. Assist the County with the conception and implementation of various projects/services. Some services are currently in place or being considered. The broker will be expected to offer assistance with current projects, anticipate future challenges, and make appropriate recommendations. B. Conduct feasibility studies related to potential services for County employees. The broker will be expected to gather and analyze pertinent data and report findings to Gwinnett within the agreed-upon timeframe. Reports to Gwinnett must be complete and informative, and recommendations must be supported by the data provided. C. Handle all assigned projects from start to finish, with guidance from Gwinnett staff. This includes the gathering of necessary data and full analyses of that data, along with recommendations. D. Analyze financial impact and estimated disruption for implementation of any recommended and/or planned actions. Prepare reports and projections including, but not limited to, quarterly Incurred But Not Reported (IBNR) Actuarial Reserve, quarterly budget, quarterly experience monitoring, etc.
