Specifications include, but are not limited to: Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the provision of ondemand consulting services for marketing, public relations, and communications. Candidates should have the capability and experience needed to provide comprehensive strategic and innovative services on designated projects. The purpose of the contract is to supplement in-house Communications Department staff when we have limited capacity and/or skill sets. Many of the services being requested are currently provided by full-time County staff and will serve to enhance our capacity, while some of the services being sought are for work that requires talents or skills we do not have within the current organizational structure and will serve to enhance our capability. We expect the selected firm or firms to assign to the contract key leadership, content creators, and designers who will become immersed in the Gwinnett County brand, the Gwinnett County business, and the Gwinnett County culture and seamlessly function like an extension of the Communications Department. i. Analytics/Attribution (how to measure communication effectiveness) • Benchmark community perceptions and effectiveness of Gwinnett County branded materials through surveys and focus groups
