Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop and track project master Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule. Monitor activitiesand schedules of all project stakeholders throughout the project, and coordinate recovery ofslippages.2. Develop and track project accounting and other data using a project management softwaresystem, including budgets, contracts, invoices, cash flow, contingencies, change requests,change orders, forecasted final cost, for all project activities.3. Assist County in answering RFIs, issuing ASIs and coordination between projectparticipants.4. Monitor compliance with County's approved scope , budget, quality standards and schedulethroughout the project. Recommend adjustments necessary to maintain compliance. . Review and make recommendations regarding the contractor's proposed schedule of values.11. Conduct regularly scheduled job-site progress meetings.12. Provide daily progress inspections and problem solving as required. Complete constructionreport for all site visits. Take photo records to augment written reports and documentdeficiencies.13. Review independent lab test results and coordinate corrective action as required.14. Monitor Request for Information, Submittals, ASIs and Holds and Allowances and processesto ensure prompt response and compliance by all parties.15. Evaluate Change Requests to ensure the change requested is necessary and was not includedin the base price.16. Review pricing on all proposed changes, and work with design consultants and contractor toobtain the best price. Recommend approval when price and scope of work are acceptable.17. Review Applications for Payment for scope accuracy and percent complete, and forward toCounty for payment
