Comprehensive Evaluation Design: Propose a detailed, clear, evidence-based evaluation design, including both formative (ongoing, improvement-focused) and summative (outcome-based) components to assess program implementation and outcomes. 3. Data Collection and Analysis: Describe the methods that will be used for collecting qualitative and quantitative data, such as surveys, focus groups, student achievement metrics, and postsecondary enrollment tracking. Provide details of all software used to collect, analyze and report on data that is collected. 4. Baseline and Longitudinal Data: Provide an approach to analyze baseline data and track longitudinal student outcomes, such as academic achievement, college application rates, and postsecondary enrollment and retention.
