The Consultant shall provide: A. Project Management and coordination support: 1. Coordinate with other agencies and entities as required. 2. Participate in meetings and coordinate with Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Design Build (DB) Team, as applicable. 3. Participate in project overview and kickoff meeting. 4. Participate in project coordination meetings, which may require Project site visits. 5. GDOT will utilize a web-based program management controls system (PMCS) currently provided by Trimble/e-Builder throughout the term of the Project. The Consultant shall use the PMCS daily to perform project reviews and project correspondence responsibilities in the time frames specified in the DB Documents and shall participate in PMCS training session(s). 6. Study and familiarize themselves with DB documents, with specific attention to their areas of expertise. 7. Participate in audits of their own quality management activities. B. Quality assurance and contract compliance reviews of DB submittals, including technical and constructability reviews of: 1. Interim Design and Final Plans: a. Design Data Book. b. Right-of-Way delineation/fencing. c. Horizontal and Vertical Geometry. d. Construction signing plan, staging areas, entrance and exit points defined. e. Grading plans. f. Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Plans.
