Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive measures to avoid maintenance issues that could become a hazard to City Center users and result in unnecessary costs. These items include but are not limited to: 2.1.1. Winterizing restrooms, water fountains, and faucets. 2.1.2. Cleaning and clearing roofs, gutter, drains and pipes. 2.1.3. Promptly notify the City of any potentially hazardous conditions that are outside the scope of this contract. 2.2. Work Orders: Follow work order procedures and priorities to respond to any requests for repairs. Problem areas identified through daily visual inspections of facilities and grounds, biannual inspections of facilities and grounds, and emergency reports by the contractor and City Center users will be reported to the City, who will follow up and schedule repairs as needed.
