Provide portable toilet rental services on annual contract. Uses of this contract may include but are not limited to: • Year-round portalet rentals on a monthly basis at some locations. • Temporary portalet rentals on a monthly or weekly basis during construction or repairs. • Emergency rentals for unscheduled repairs. • Short term portalet rentals for special community events, sporting tournaments, water repairs and such; usually one- or two-day use. Portable Toilet Requirements 1. Wheelchair/Handicap Accessible Portable Toilets must be ADA compliant wheelchair restrooms that meet all government regulations and specifications. 2. The Regular Portable Toilets shall be single seat with lid and urinal. 3. The wheelchair accessible and regular portable toilet features shall include, but not be limited to, a locking door with occupancy indicator, toilet tissue holder/dispenser that is securely attached to the unit per manufacturer’s specifications and hinged seat cover.
