Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this Project includes, but is not limited to, the addition of a two-story expansion to the existing Gwinnett County Police Training Building. The steel-framed, masonry-clad structure will house Staff Offices, Training Rooms, Lockers, Breakroom, a Multi-Purpose Room, and associated building services. The Project Scope includes sitework, site utilities, landscaping, building construction, including interior fit out, and all associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical, audiovisual, life-safety systems, and the installation of a new generator and enclosure. The Project Scope also includes Contractor-provided and installed infrastructure for Owner- provided and installed telecommunications, security, and limited access control systems, by the Owner’s own forces
