The Elbert County Parks & Recreation Department seeks proposals from qualified contractors to design, furnish, and install inclusive, safe, and engaging playground equipment at McWilliams Park. The County will select one supplier to provide equipment and materials for the park as outlined in this request. The space is limited to approximately 36' x 36' under the existing shade structure at the baseball hub located between fields 1 and 2. The playground must meet ADA requirements, incorporate age-appropriate features, and provide creative play experiences for children ages 2-12, and should include safety surfacing installation under the recommended play structure. The budget for the equipment and installation should not exceed $50,000. The play equipment requested should include: 1. One main play structure for ages 2 - 12. 2. Four toddler swings that can be placed on the perimeter of the play area. 3. Grass tile safety surface
