Specifications include, but are not limited to: Camden County is currently soliciting proposals for Electronic Access Control, Video Surveillance design and installation services, and duress alarm system in our Camden County Government Services Building, Woodbine Georgia. Camden County has specified “Axis Communications” as the manufacturer for all cameras, video monitoring / management, video retention, and access control readers (system). No other substitutes may be used. Further, Camden County has specified “Lynx” (software House) has our specified duress alarm system. No other substitutes may be used. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate any and all options associated with providing Camden County a cost-effective, integrated, IP Based Electronic Access Control, Video Surveillance Security Management System, with integrated Duress Alarm (Panic) using Axis and Lynx. The RFP is intended to define the requirements and functionality required to meet specific county needs. Your response to this RFP must identify any exceptions to the requirements, or any specification that you cannot fully satisfy. Failure to do so may result in disqualification of your response, regardless of the point at which such discrepancy is discovered. This RFP is an invitation for you to participate in our competitive proposal process. Responses to this RFP should anticipate and consider the active threat environment associated with a public access government building. Additional Camden County buildings (facilities), may be added at future dates to selected firm where it is in the interest of Camden County. Responses to this RFP will be used to select the successful candidate for serving Camden County’s security needs.
