Work under this contract consists of Mill and Inlay, restriping, and RPM installation on SR 74 ALT from MP 0-1.446 in Upson County. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, means of transportation, traffic control and incidentals necessary to perform work. This contract shall be bid-per-line. Any damage to signs, pipes, culverts, drains, bridges, or any concrete structure that occurs during construction shall be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to the department. The contractor shall mill & inlay an inch and a half (165 pounds) of 12.5 MM Asphalt. Begin Mill and Inlay at MP 0 and End at MP 1.446 from edge of pavement to edge of pavement. Mill and inlay each listed side road to the back of the radius. Mill Race Rd, Wilson Way, Dotty Drive, Cherokee Rd, Thurston Ave, and Jackson Ave. Contractor is required to utilize 10-foot straight edge on all joints as per the specifications.
