The White County Board of Commissioners is currently seeking quotes for photography services for the year-round sports programs at the White County Park & Recreation Department. These programs include baseball/softball, basketball, soccer, football, cheerleading, and pickleball. The term of this contract will be for one (1) year. The term will begin October 1, 2025, and expire September 30, 2026. The selected vendor shall provide the following: A. Photography Services • Team & Individual Photography for each sport/season • Action Photography during games or practices when requested • Delivery of digital proofs for online ordering • Creation of customized products (memory mates, buttons, magnets, trading cards, plaques, etc.) • The option for differing backgrounds • Seasonal league composites or group banners as requested by White County Park and Recreation Dept. • Package pricing • Quotes should also include percentage of sales that are payable to White County Park and Recreation Dept.
