E. Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to OSHA guidelines, with proper technique and equipment in order to preserve the safety of themselves, County Staff, employees, contractors and visitors. F. Coordinate with Facilities Management to ensure all services are performed in the least disruptive manner to County departments, which may include working evenings, nights, weekends and\or holidays after County business hours. G. Account for any boxes and packaging materials consumed in the move in order to bill appropriately. II. Litigation • Upon referral from the Executive Director and in coordination with the General Counsel, litigate all matters that may arise including, but not limited to actions against ARC; actions against ARC officials where no conflict arises; and other contested actions. • At the direction of the Executive Director and in coordination with General Counsel, represent the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) in settlement negotiations or other related matters. • At the direction of the Executive Director and in coordination with General Counsel, represent or advise ARC in mediation or dispute resolution. • Coordinate with other legal providers representing ARC’s interest in other legal matters as requested. • Perform other duties as may be requested. III. Immigration • Provide counsel regarding immigration matters for ARC employees at the direction of the Executive Director and in coordination with General Counsel • File applications or documentation for employer sponsored immigration benefits upon the request or direction Executive Director and in coordination with the General Counsel • Manage visa deadlines, updates, renewals, and other information as it applies to any employees utilizing ARC work visa benefits.
