Specifications include, but are not limited to:Forsyth County Schools is requesting proposals for the refresh of our school network switching infrastructure. All proposed equipment must meet the minimum technical requirements as described below. We are interested in reviewing proposals for both a minimum spec solution; as well as, an option for more capable hardware for the purpose of comparison and make a cost benefit determination. We would also like to see recommendations for network management and access control options. Pricing should be quoted per device as we may opt to utilize the higher-end electronics at certain sites where the additional capabilities would be more fully utilized. Regardless of the route, a minimum of approximately 80 aggregation switches and 965 access switches will be required. Once a solution is determined, FCS and Network Partner will work to determine actual product quantities and specific application per site
