Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified suppliers who will provide ELVIS II Hardware to Southern Polytechnic State University, hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. Southern Polytechnic State University is seeking to purchase seventeen (17) National Instruments ELVIS II+ Hardware: Part Number 780381-02, seventeen (17) power cords: Part Number 763000-01, and eight (8) Vernier Bioinstrumentation Sensor Kits for NI ELVIS II: Part Number 781111-01. These items are SOLE BRAND only for the reason stated in the attached Sole Brand Justification.
