The GA Department of Drivers Service (DDS) is seeking a vendor to provide NCOA change of address service.� As part of its expanded Internet services, DDS is expanding NCOA checks of address changes for its online services to be conducted twice a week.� The vendor selected will be a full service licensed NCOALink� provider. The check for move updates will be executed twice weekly via a batch file or web interface process. A monthly pricing matrix is to be provided for both batch and real-time processing based on the following weekly transaction volumes: 0 � 25,000 25,001 � 50,000 50,001 � 100,000 100,001 � 150,000 150,001 � 250,000 Pricing to be provided for move updates that have occurred in the previous 48-months. Address information to include DPV and LACS Link� validation. Responses including reason codes are to be provided no more than 24 hours from time of date submission. Identify minimum volumes or minimum charges, if applicable. Identify pricing for any other charges, i.e., reporting, processing, etc. DDS reserves the right to submit up to three (3) test files prior to contract execution. Identify the type of training material available for this service. Identify the level of customer service support available for this service. Most but not all of the DDS addresses will have been standardized via Code 1 software. DDS and the selected vendor will agree upon the data fields to be used for file transmissions. At a minimum the following data fields will be contained in the file transmitted by DDS: Identification Number, Full Name, Street Address, City, State, 9-digit Zip Code, and County.� The minimum fields to be used in the return file include: Identification Number, Return Code, Move Type, Address Change Date, Address Error, New Street Address, New City, New State, New 9-digit Zip Code, and New County.� Additional fields as necessary will be agreed upon. Batch file transmissions will be via Secure File Transfer No additional specifications were given.
