The supplier will be required to assemble/disassemble, takedown/set up furniture if needed for transport/moving. The supplier will be responsible for supplying all necessary tools and supplies required to disassemble and assemble all items. Items will include but are not limited to: Furniture – cabinets, tables, beds, boards (all kinds), etc. Electronics – TVs, monitors, desktop copiers Heavy Duty equipment – commercial washers, commercial dryers, kitchen equipment PROTECTION OF PROPERTY Wrap and/or cover all furniture (desks, tables, cabinets, etc.) to prevent scrapes, scratching, or other damage. Provide wraps, blankets, etc. to cover furniture. Suppliers should protect all surfaces (walls, floors, elevators, etc.) from damage by providing adequate building protection. Suppliers shall not remove any anchors from walls, nor any other items attached to walls. The state entity personnel will remove all anchors and wall hangings prior to the move date. Suppliers shall not move any RICOH or XEROX copiers; all copiers shall be relocated by their respective supplier.
