- Perform all remediation necessary as noted in the remediation protocol provided as Exhibit A. - The contractor must maintain a safe and secure worksite while complying with current building codes, fire codes, and any and all applicable safety regulations. - The contractor must describe the post-remediation verification and clearance testing that will be conducted to ensure effective remediation has occurred. - City personnel will be responsible for the removal and relocation of all interior furniture, equipment, and other moveable items prior to the commencement of work. - The contractor must properly protect all items that cannot be removed such as fixtures and built-in components from potential damage, dust, or contamination throughout the duration of the project. - Protective measures must be implemented to prevent damage to the building, finishes, and essential infrastructure that are not within the scope of remediation. The contractor is responsible for any at fault damages. - The contractor must coordinate with City representatives for access and site controls.
