The City of Cartersville (the Community) is soliciting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firm(s) or organization(s) to provide consultant services for a street improvement and sidewalk installation project to be constructed over and along Mission Road between Charles Street and Stately Oaks Drive in Cartersville Georgia. Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Project Description & Project Justification Statement b. Traffic Engineering i. Traffic projections request, Traffic Data Report, Traffic Forecasting tabular chart, minor analysis level per the Traffic Forecasting Manual Figure D.1 for Bike-Ped Projects ii. Traffic Analysis for mid-block pedestrian crossing(s) at non-stop controlled locations c. Environmental Survey Boundary d. Early activities: Property Owner Access Notification Letter, Cultural Resources Notification letter, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Letter, etcetera e. Fieldwork for Land Survey, Archaeology, Ecology, and History f. Resource Survey Reports for Archaeology, Ecology, and History g. Land/topographical Survey Database h. Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment for Underground Storage Tanks/Hazardous Waste Report i. Preliminary Right of Way (ROW) cost estimate & concept level utility cost estimate j. GDOT level concept report
