Shop Building - Metal Roof Replacement Project (Scope of Work): • Provide and install all required/necessary materials, supplies, labor, equipment, machinery, etc. for a complete metal roof replacement project, per the scope of work. • Remove the existing metal roof system, insulation, and gutter/downspouts. • Install the new metal roof system (24 gauge) to include: 3” white vinyl coated insulation, new metal roof panels (24 gauge)(Galvalume Color), new metal ridge trim / rake trim / drip edge trim / wall flashings (24 gauge)(Bronze Color), new metal gutters & downspouts (24 gauge)(Bronze Color), new pipe boots as required, caulk & sealants as required, etc. • NO SKY LIGHTS in the new metal roof system. • The color for the new metal roof system = Galvalume. • The color for all the new metal trim & flashings & gutters & downspouts = Bronze. • All work shall be coordinated with Troup County Staff. • All work shall comply with the applicable Building Codes. • Provide a copy of all manufacturers’ product warranties (20-year warranty) and the contractor’s written warranty covering all labor, installation, and workmanship. • Clean-up & dispose of all construction debris and/or trash. • Contractor shall sweep the jobsite with a magnetic wheel to remove loose screws from the job site. • Protect surrounding areas from damage & debris. • Troup County (owner) is responsible for any/all permit requirements.
