All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: • GCPS intends to implement wide-scale high impact mental health services for students in grades K-12. Students will be identified based on severity of need. Emotional/behavioral concerns that have been resistant to previously documented/ implemented interventions, as well as acute and intense behaviors that have escalated despite of, or in the absence of, previous interventions. GCPS is interested in a variety of formats in order to meet diverse student needs, including inperson/on site/face to face, virtual, and blended. • The working hours will vary according to the specific school, but in general High School hours are 7:00-3:00; Middle School hours are 8:30-4:30; and Elementary School or Pre-K are 7:30-3:30 approximately. Service providers are expected to work school hours. Flexibility of work hours is not allowed unless hours are a GCPS business requirement. • All providers must be Licensed by the State of Georgia. Service providers must provide a copy of License within the additional information section of their bid response within Bonfire. • GCPS reserves the right to secure services from other agencies. • A 30 day cancellation notice is required for ongoing assignments. The service provider is required to provide a suitable replacement or notify GCPS within 5 days of notice if no replacement is available.
