The Contractor shall provide service consisting of product (Medical Grade Liquid Oxygen) and one annual inspection to both Government owned primary (3000 gallon) and reserve (300 gallon) tanks to include calibrations, labor, parts, materials, and time, excluding disposable and consumable supply items. Contractor will provide a Certificate of Analysis to state purity of bulk medical grade liquid oxygen (no less than 99%) when delivered.
Additional services provided to include remote service/ application diagnostic support (telemetry) for the primary and backup vessel. Additional inclusions (i.e. includes field modifications such as safety corrections by the Contractor or requested by the Government).
Contractor shall coordinate all inspections with Facilities Branch, Logistics Division point of contact at the MTF, if required.
Contractor will provide and monitor the telemetry unit to identify the notification process, required inspection data, scheduling process and response time on the government owned 3000-gallon tank 24 hours seven days a week and dispatch the delivery of medical oxygen to MTF based on the telemetry reading of 50 inches. Failure to meet response times will result in an unfavorable rating. Contractor shall provide report of annual inspection. Contractor will provide a Certificate of Analysis to state purity of medical oxygen (no less than 99%) when delivered. Facilities Branch Will authorize service is to be performed, COR will notify the contractor via email or telephone to schedule the annual inspection. In the event there is an emergency delivery needed; the order will be placed by the COR/Alternate COR only. This could be at any time not previously stated.
