Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fulton County School (FCS) seeks to enter into a contract with a company or individual to provide Medicaid Fee for Services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been developed to provide FCS with a means to contract for services and products to maximize the District’s Fee for Service (FFS) billing and collections under Medicaid Services for Special Education. FCS, primarily through its Services for Exceptional Children Department, provides a broad range of health and related services, including psychological and social work services, health counseling, nutrition and feeding programming, audio logical services, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing services, specialized transportation, orientation and mobility services, assistive and augmentative communication tools and special education services. Other health or related services may be added to be part of the awarded contract to the extent desired by FCS.
