Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is an eQuote/Source solicitation to select a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) who will provide an Intrusion Detection/Prevention System (IDS/IPS) Solution, which will ensure that Georgia Southern University’s IT security perimeter is protected and monitored for attacks or malicious activity, stop the malicious activity as well as provide recommendations on how to fix such attacks and malicious activities. The MSSP provider will work with Georgia Southern University in implementing the IDS/IPS Solution, provide resources needed to monitor, manage the IDS/IPS and interface with University employees, including performing knowledge transfer and training to University staff on the solution. The solution proposed must be scalable to accommodate University growing environment
