The Bonner Hall currently serves as an instructional lecture hall. It was built as an annex to the Pafford Building in 1970 at approximately 4,500GSF. This space will support the newly named and expanded “Dr. James 'Earl' Perry College of Mathematics, Computing, and Sciences” (“CMCS”) with new, high-demand degrees support by CMCS. The Bonner Hall will be renovated to address the needs of a Maker Space that provides space for students and faculty to create innovative projects as part of instructional programs, research or business entrepreneurship. It is approximately 4,500 square feet with exterior renovation, open flexible lab space with new lighting and power availability, new northwest entrance, and two single stall restrooms.
