Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services shall include: Facilitate a brand discovery process for the DCBOH’s MYVP grant program in order to determine the appropriate positioning and messaging hierarchy. Evaluate existing qualitative/quantitative research for best practices recommendations on promoting MYVP initiatives to African American youth and supporting organizations. Collaborate with a graphic designer to create a unique “look and feel” for specific MYVP initiatives. Define a brand strategy including but not limited to unique value proposition, brand promise (tagline/slogan), constituent-facing name and identity (e.g. logo, signage, etc.). Three options should be provided for consideration. Assist with the development of a MYVP editorial calendar to include 12 months and 6 six articles suitable for media outlets Assist with webpage content Assist with the development of a program related photo booklet for sharing with partners Assist with the development of a booklet/e-newsletter for specific teen magazine Assist with content for DeKalb Teen mobile ready website Develop Mobile-friendly messaging Develop and conduct two (2) focus groups Submit reports and findings to include recommendations for messaging, branding, and execution of marketing plans Attend meetings with DCBOH staff and contracted partners as needed. A minimum of two (2) face-to-face meetings will be required. Awarded contract will begin upon full execution and remain in effect through August 17, 2016.
