Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this procurement is to engage a highly-qualified museum services firm to design and create exhibits described further herein which are to be developed, fabricated and constructed in a manner compliant with UGA requirements for effective presentation and thematically appropriate for the envisioned Display Space in specific areas of the Arena venue totaling up to approximately 20,000 square feet, including secure installation in the specified locations for the purpose of appropriately housing and presenting the Georgia Music Hall of Fame Collection, conducive with appropriate display of unique and valuable objects from the Collection and other music-related items of the UGA Libraries and other sources as required by UGA. The Georgia Music Hall of Fame Collection venue is envisioned to be positioned to serve Georgia citizens and continue to help maintain and develop music-related museum holdings and provide for experiential learning opportunities for UGA students. The successful design of the exhibition of the Collection will foster continual development of dynamic exhibit rotations under the supervision of UGA Libraries' staff.
