Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 lce/Snow Removal - All sites areas subject to pedestrian traffic are to be cleared of ice or snow within one (1) day after snowfall or icing conditions. All sites are to be monitored to prevent re-freezing. 2.2 Lawn Mowing. Trimming & Edging - All grass areas will be mowed with equipment designed to produce a neat, manicured appearance. Removal of grass clipping is required to maintain an aesthetic appearance. Mowing patterns will be changed each successive mowing to prevent rutting, compaction, and unsightly appearance in the turf areas. All areas not accessible to mowers will be trimmed to the finished mowing height. 2.2.1 Grassed areas will be mowed according to the following Schedule: • April 1st through July 30th - three (3) times per month • August 1st through November 30th - two (2) times per • December 1st through March 31st - one (1) time per month 2.2.2 Grass height should not exceed 1.5 (1 ½ ) inches. All sidewalks, curbs and beds UST be mechanically edged, and clippings removed with every mowing. 2.2.3 When required, grass encroaching into beds will be removed. All trash and debris will be removed from turf/grassed areas prior to mowing. All excess clippings in grassed areas will be removed. Areas not accessible by mowers such as retention pond, sloped areas, etc. will be cut twice a month.
