This project will involve the renovation of selected locks (primarily, but not exclusively cell doors) and the electronic security control systems campus wide. New control systems will replace existing graphic and/or logical push button HMIs with touchscreen graphical interfaces. To Include Gates, Fire Exits indicators lights on doors and roof hatches. Include Mill work for renovations of offices into control room in Housing units, all millwork and cabinets to be included. Areas affected by this scope include, but may not be limited to, all living areas, Main Control, and vehicle portals. The design shall incorporate a construction plan which will minimize impact to normal daily facility operations. The Owner shall provide the selected Design Professional with a conceptual plan during the design process.
