Product Specifications • Bar mops/dish towels - 100% cotton yarns, 17” x 20”, 3 threads per loop, single rib. • Aprons – 50% cotton and 50% polyester yarns. • The color of the linens must be white. • Complete service shall consist of supplying, washing, sanitizing, drying, neatly folding, and packaging items. Also includes pickup and delivery of bar mops/dish towels and aprons. • Laundered towels must not be frayed, torn, stained, nor contain any odor at the time of delivery. • Aprons shall be in good condition, without frayed or loose strings, no stains, and must be odor free. • Towels and aprons must be completely dried, thoroughly cleansed, and appropriately packaged. Towels must be neatly folded and aprons must be neatly folded. • Vendor will furnish bar mops/dish towels, aprons, and grill pads. • Due to the limited space in the kitchens, the samples of the above products must be sent in the folding style that you will supply if awarded. • A picture of the bundle packaging and size of the complete bundle is required. General Specifications • See Page 38-39 for a list of schools that need to be serviced and their delivery addresses. • Deliveries to the schools will take place on a weekly basis during the regular school year period, from August through May. Some schools will require deliveries during the summer months. There will not be deliveries, pick up, or service charges (if applicable) during the following breaks: • Spring Break • Thanksgiving Break • Christmas Break • If a delivery service is not required on a specific week, the school will not be charged (example: surplus, holidays, schools not requiring summer deliveries, etc.) • The quantities listed on the Quote Sheet represent the estimated weekly delivery amounts. • The District is not responsible for any replacement or “ruin” costs. • The awarded vendor must provide a dedicated customer service representative to address any service or billing issues...
