Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of services would cover the provision of locksmith services for all locking systems, locking devices, mechanical security systems, and equipment, both inside and outside of facilities. This would include: mechanical doors, gates, sally ports, vehicle access gates, key cutting, lock keying and core installation, installation and on-site service of mechanical locks. installation of door frames and doors with associated door hardware (including but not limited to panic bars and closer repairs and replacing tumblers, springs, and other parts). Specific services to be performed include, but are not limited to, the following: Provision of Keys: The Contractor will cut keys and deliver them to designated locations as requested. Installing Locks, Cores, and Closers: The contractor will install locks, cores, and key cylinders. Door Repairs – the Contractor will address door repairs to include parts replacements, adjustments and complete replacement of frame and door. Emergency Response – the Contractor must be available 24 hours a day/7days a week and respond on-site within one hour to emergency requests. The Contractor must telephone the customer within fifteen (2) hours to confirm that a timely on-site response will be made. Same Day Response – the Contractor must complete the work request by close-of-business on the day the request is issued or perform diagnostic assessment to determine required service.
