Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, services, equipment and parts to undertake and to perform grease trap cleaning services on a semi-annual basis for 50 outside and/or inside grease traps in the District’s schools and related equipment in accordance with city ordinances and any and all other applicable local, state or federal regulations. The Vendor shall date and replace service stickers on all grease traps if applicable. During the requested times of service, a custodian or cafeteria manager shall be on site. The successful vendor must be able to clean the Grease Trap at each school in a timely manner during the Christmas break at the end of December each year and during the month of July each year.
