Specifications include, but are not limited to: Grady Health System (GHS) is seeking a proposal from a qualified vendor to assist the Committee in formulating objectives and drafting written policies for selecting investment options. Develop regular performance evaluation report outlining the results of all investment options offered by plan. The report shall contain accurate investment returns calculated for each investment option, a comparison of those return to those of appropriate peer groups and benchmarks, and any other information necessary to assist the Committee in their fiduciary duty to oversee the plans investment option. Attend at least one meeting per quarter to present investment performance report and recommendations. Be a co-fiduciary with Grady. Be independent with respect to the plans’ investment options and disclose any possible conflicts of interest, real or perceived
