The project scope is based on the interior renovation of an 18,897 GSF space within an existing 80,887 GSF building. The program spaces included are labs, classroom, photography studio, art galleries, storage and support spaces. Building type is tilt-up, sprinkled, with interior height of 30’-8”. Scope to include demolition of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and partitions. Interior renovation, minor exterior improvements, new mechanical systems, RTUs, air distribution, Plumbing, Slab on grade trenching, electrical, light gauge partition walls, drywall, ceilings, painting, flooring, fire suppression system in Art Gallery, revision to existing fire sprinkler system, emergency generator at Art Gallery, coordination of Cobb EMC transformer, electrical service into the Art Gallery, minor roof repair at new RTU.
