Construction includes concrete and brick veneer masonry construction with steel framing, structural piers/piles, concrete and CMU retaining walls, interior metal stud partitions, interior CMU partitions, single-sloped light gauge metal stud roof trusses over steel roof framing, steel framing at elevated concrete deck, fireproofing, architectural shingles, TPO roofing, architectural casework, detention equipment, security electronics, audio visual upgrades, and finishes typically associated with judicial center work. Sitework includes stormwater management, grading, and utilities to support expanded footprint. Mechanical work includes ductwork, plumbing, gas, sprinkler system, smoke control system, controls, chilling tower, and rooftop units. Electrical work includes panelboards, lighting fixtures, fire alarm, emergency generator, power, technology wiring and infrastructure; security systems (cameras, intercoms, duress, door controls, and touch screens).
