Specifications include, but are not limited to: GCI is seeking proposals for the implementation, maintenance, and support of dedicated Internet access services with the ability to peer through provider for network status. The Vendor is to be a single-source Internet-as-a-Service vendor to provide and manage Internet Services across a total of twenty-five (25) circuits across twenty (20) specified addresses currently served by an existing provider. 1. Service: a. Vendor must provide proposal for nineteen (19) addresses that will require Symmetrical Fiber Optic service at the speeds listed in Appendix 1. b. Vendor must provide Cable Internet service to one (1) address and one (1) GIG Ethernet circuit as a backup for location number 7 listed in Appendix 1. c. Vendor must supply a commercial circuit with a Layer 3 protocol, including six (6) Usable static IP addresses (a /29 Network). d. Vendor must provide copper handoffs at all locations. The vendor is responsible for providing all necessary hardware to the Demarc and into the GCI specified handoff location at each facility. The Vendor must supply a modem for GCI to accept the Ethernet handoff to our own appropriate switches. 2. Term: Vendor must provide an Annual Fixed Contract lasting twelve (12) months, with the option for four (4) annual renewals. a. Base Year: February 1, 2024 thru January 31, 2025 b. Option Year 1: February 1, 2025 thru January 31, 2026 c. Option Year 2: February 1, 2026 thru January 31, 2027 d. Option Year 3: February 1, 2027 thru January 31, 2028 e. Option Year 4: February 1, 2028 thru January 31, 2029
