Monitoring and Integration Requirements • Monitored system • Full integration with local emergency services C. Installation and Configuration • All devices, components, and wiring must be professionally installed in accordance with manufacturer and code requirements. • Contractor must provide complete system configuration. • All wiring must be concealed and protected appropriately in conduit. D. Testing and Training • All system components must be tested to ensure proper functionality. • Manufacturer documentation, system diagrams, and maintenance guides must be provided to City personnel. • On-site user training must be performed for City personnel. E. General Requirements • Contractor must ensure the protection of all surfaces and materials, including those not in the scope of work, from debris or damage. The contractor will be responsible for any at-fault damages. • Worksite shall be kept reasonably clean and free of equipment or materials that may create hazardous conditions. • All work must be substantially completed within 30 days from the date of Purchase Order issuance.
