Fulton County Schools (FCS) is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified insurance agent brokers, for Property and Casualty Insurance and Risk Management and Insurance consulting. FCS is seeking an Insurance Agent Broker possessing the following characteristics: 1. Knowledgeable - having substantial experience in marketing, placement and servicing of property and casualty insurance programs on behalf of school districts and/or other public entities. 2. Accessible - willing to meet on an as needed basis with FCS Risk Management staff and others as necessary, and available for related discussions as issues arise. 3. Creative - present ideas on plan design and program improvements. 4. Responsive - respond to questions, requests in a timely manner. 5. Proactive - advising on emerging risk and insurance trends, legal related issues, contractual, or other issues that could impact FCS operations. 6. Professional - exhibit ethical, comprehensive, and high detail-oriented characteristics. 7. Comprehensive - able to coordinate Risk Management service request and insurance requirements without unnecessary delay or interruption. 8. Qualified - selected vendor and their employees, and/or agents, must have licensing, education, knowledge and experience to perform Risk Management and Insurance services.
