• Inspection and maintenance of approximately 111 automatic fire extinguisher systems. • Inspect to determine if six-year maintenance is required. • Perform inspections to meet local, state, and national codes and standards. • Inspection and service of hood suppression systems, including, replacement of approximately 223 fusible link detectors and all rubber nozzle blow-off caps. • Inspect all Class K extinguishers. • Respond to calls for service within four business hours. • Make scheduled service calls throughout the year at each location. • Price includes all labor, materials, transportation, dumping fees, and any other cost related to providing the service in total. • A copy of all service tickets shall be left at the site and another copy sent to the School Nutrition Department. • All materials used shall be environmentally safe. • Provide technical and training assistance to District personnel. • Install new fuse links as needed under the hood with the date facing out for easy access by District personnel. • Return old fuse links to the School Nutrition Program. • All work must be scheduled through the School Nutrition Program. • The awarded vendor must have all federal, state, and local licenses and certifications. • Any required upgrades must meet local and state codes and will be performed by the awarded vendor on an as-needed basis.
