Specifications include, but are not limited to: An annual monitoring and maintenance package for Augusta, Georgia’s Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) network. The proposed concept is to provide the Augusta Engineering Department, Traffic Engineering Division a package of network monitoring, maintenance, and support services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for the ITS network and its vital components. The scope of work includes a company that can remotely monitor, maintain, and provide advanced support services, in person, if necessary, for the AED Traffic Engineering ITS network. The company chosen shall meet the following criteria: • Be able to provide proof from manufacturer as a Cisco Premier or Gold Partner, • Shall have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in integrating, maintaining, and supporting ATMS / ITS networks in a metropolitan or statewide environment, • Shall have advanced experience with IP routers and switches, cybersecurity (such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and encryption), data centers (virtualization and business continuity), and digitization of transportation infrastructure, • Shall have Cisco CCIE and CCNP/CCDP certified staff, • Have a physical office within 3 hours of Augusta’s Traffic Management Center (TMC) located at 452 Walker Street, Augusta, GA 30901, • Be authorized by the State of Georgia and Cisco Systems to provide Cisco hardware/services via a statewide contract
