The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. Parcel 43 - MS-1) Business sign –Steel frame sign, approximately 3 FT x 6 FT on steel post with associated footing with wood frame V shaped sign and associated footings and MS-2) Business sign –Steel frame sign, approximately 3 FT x 6 FT on steel post with associated footing. 2. Parcel 62 – MS-1) Business sign base –CMU/brick veneered sign base, approximately 12 FT x 4 FT x 2 FT, and associated footing, with 2 – 20 IN x 20 IN x 56 IN columns (business sign removed by owner). All improvements must be completely demolished and removed from their present site. All demolition debris must be removed and disposed of properly in an appropriate landfill or recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management Chapter 391-3-4.
