: Remove/clear 2496±SF CMU/brick, wood-framed, insulated, commercial (39’x64’) building with asphalt shingle roof on concrete pad. Demo to include building, concrete pad, concrete (40±SF) entry pad at S1 right side main entrance, concrete (14’x5’6”x8”±ht) rear entry ramp & additional 170±SF concrete on rear side, and removal of septic tank(s) & associated field lines. MI1: Remove/clear concrete (20’x10’±) pad at S1 front and the associated 3.5”± steel pole cut at grade within pad. MI2: Remove/clear concrete footer(s) associated with large sign device prior removed by Owner. Sign posts were 9’± apart mounted to two float mount devices consisting of four (4) 1.25”±dia bolts per float mount. Remove/clear associated electrical conduit/wiring from ROW. Likely one large monolithic concrete footer. MI3: Remove/clear 6”±dia asphalt remnant within grass island at parcel front - located within 12±LF of left entranceway.
