The scope of this contract is for abatement, demolition, and proper disposal of the following structure(s) and other site improvements: 1. Structure 1 – Wood frame/brick veneered residential structure over crawl space with attached metal carport over concrete slab; 2. Structure 2 - Wood frame shed with attached shed roof; 3. Concrete driveway, approximately 1,900 SF; 4. Abandoned and dumped items on in and around the structures within the right of way, and, 5. Septic system, refer to Requirement No. 9. Structure 1 will require abatement of asbestos containing materials and work area clearance by the Site Inspector prior to approval for demolition. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to provide specified abatement of identified asbestos-containing and contaminated materials, as well as their proper disposal in strict accordance with the ASBESTOS ABATEMENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Office of Right of Way, Property Management, dated April 2018. (ABATEMENT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS).
