The scope of this contract is for the demolition and proper disposal of the trade fixtures and miscellaneous structures including: 1. PARCEL 9 - MS-1,2) Light standard, fixture, and concrete base/footing; and MS-3) Directional sign “Enter”, approximately 2 FT x 1 FT on steel post with associated footing; 2. PARCEL 43 - MS-1) MS-1) Steel 5 IN x 5 IN Signpost, cut at grade, and associated footing; 3. PARCEL 46 - MS-1) Light standard, fixture, and associated concrete base/footing; and MS-2) Handicapped sign and associated footing; 4. PARCEL 48 - MS-1) Business sign, 24 FT in height – Double faced lighted 8 FT x 8FT shopping center entrance sign reads: (SHANNON CROSSING) with LOGO lighted oval sign reads: (KROGER FOOD FUEL PHARMACY). Additional tenant signs are located below. The signs are installed between two 30 IN x 30 IN red brick columns around two 10 IN steel poles and associated footings; MS-2) Irrigation system components.; 5. PARCEL 51 - MS-1) Business sign, approximately 30 FT in height – Double faced lighted street sign 8 FT x 20 FT (CHEVRON) and 8 FT x 16 FT (Union City Food Mart) installed on 14 IN x 14 IN steel pole and associated concrete foundation; MS-2) – Two light standards, fixtures, and associated concrete bases/footings; 6. PARCEL 52-53 - MS-1) Eleven light standards, fixtures, and concrete bases/footings; and MS-2) Steel pipe fence, approximately 32 IN in height, with posts, one rail, and associated footings including swing gates, posts, and associated footings, approximately 475 LF. 7. PARCEL 58 - MS-1) Base remaining from prior sign removal. Concrete wall 8 IN thick x 3 FT high x 22 LF and associated footings, cut off steel post and associated footing located on interior of wall.; 8. PARCEL 60 - MS-1) Business Sign – 6 FT x 6 FT Sign on 4 IN x 4IN posts and associated footings; MS-2) Two - Light standards, fixtures, and concrete base/footings; and MS-3) Two rail steel fence, posts, and associated footing, approximately 45 LF; 9. PARCEL 65-66 - MS-1) Six - Light standards, fixtures, and concrete base/footings; and 10. PARCEL 69 - MS-1) Two - Light standards, fixtures, and concrete base/footings.
